Our network of warehouses located throughout the US, UK, Germany, Australia & Turkey fulfills orders for customers worldwide. Your items are shipped from the warehouse closest to your shipping address, if they are in inventory. Generally, all warehouses aim to ship orders within the next business day after receiving them. If there is no stock available in a warehouse nearest to you, than your order will be shipped from our next nearest warehouses which are in US, UK, EU, Australia or TR.
Shipping Options and Times for US & Canada:
- Economic Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-10 days (Shipping occurs every Friday) via USPS.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-7 days (Next day shipping) via TNT.
- Fast Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-3 days (Same day shipping) via FedEx.
For EU orders, they are shipped from our UK or TR warehouses and are typically shipped within one business day of order receipt.
Shipping Options and Times for EU:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-7 days (Next day shipping) via TNT Express.

Most orders are fulfilled within the next business day after the order is placed. Please note that we allow a 24-hour window after placing an order before it is fulfilled in our warehouse. This allows for any last-minute changes or order cancellations.
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the courier and the destination country. While the majority of orders are shipped much faster, please allow up to 72 business hours for order fulfillment after it is placed.
Please be aware that our warehouse staff does not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Please be aware that there might be a minor delay in order dispatch during clearance periods. We offer worldwide shipping through FEDEX/TNT Express to ensure excellent service.

If you place your order between Monday and Friday before 13:00 (GMT), we will make every effort to ship it on the same day. Orders placed between Monday and Friday after 13:00 (GMT) will be shipped on the following working day. Orders placed after 13:00 (GMT) on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the shipping company and tracking number for your order.
Please note that due to current legislation, express shipping cannot be used for private addresses within the Russian Federation. Only normal shipping is possible. Express shipping is only available for company addresses.
Please be aware that for individual persons (without a company address) in the Russian Federation, the shipping time can take between 3-14 days.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES
Customs duties and fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient for purchases. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service.
In the event of late payment of customs duties or failure to collect the goods after unsuccessful delivery and resulting return shipment, Bornborcase will refund the purchase price minus any return shipping costs and fees. Please note that the shipping charges you have paid will not be refunded.
