To initiate a return, please make sure to send back your order within 30 days from the date of delivery. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund.

Please note that after 30 days from the time of purchase, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We do not charge a Return Fee for Faulty/Defective Products caused by us.

Item Condition

For a successful return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it.

Personalized Items

Unfortunately, due to the permanent nature of embossing on personalized items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for them.

Return Shipping

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered, unless it is for an exchange. The original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded if the order has already been shipped. However, we can assist you with the return process and shipping through our carriers. Feel free to contact us for further details.

It's important to note that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages that are mailed back to us for warranty or return purposes. In such cases, the customer is responsible for filing a lost claim with the shipping company involved. Any communication regarding the lost claim must be handled directly between the customer and the shipping company.

Final Sale Items

All personalized items or those marked as "All Sales Final" cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange.

Do I need a Return Authorization (RA) number?

Yes, a Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Please request the RA number from Bornborcase before returning the item.

Can I return a product purchased from another website?

We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from us. If you bought your Bornborcase product from a website other than, please contact the respective seller and adhere to their return policy.
